The family room offered ample space. lunch was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. the swimming pool is large. The kids especially loved it.
My room was hot. The heater did not work. i called reception. They apologized for not boosting the heating. no paper invoices were given. They promised to email it, but they did not.

amazing stay!!!
friendly staff sweet touch
i was very happy with the friendly staff at the hotel. the breakfast was delicious with a good selection. the pool area was warm and super clean. david, the manager, gave my little girl a treat, a sweet touch!
i noticed that our family room was quite small. the bunk bed was a great idea, but it took up a lot of space. there wasn't much closed storage, so we had to keep our clothes in suitcases.

the food in solo bar was excellent!!! it came out quickly, even when it was busy. there was a broad menu selectionwith some excellent desserts, and the breakfast had a great range of hot options, constantly replenished by staff.

the staff in both the bar and breakfast room were efficient. david, the manager, offered to get pancakes for us the next morning. he even gave my little girl a treat from the friendly fellows club. the kindness.

the pool area was warm and super clean. the hotel has a fitness center and an aquatic center. swim caps were available for purchase at the pool, ensuring everyone could enjoy the water without any issues. there were no problems at all.

the hotel offered very easy access to taxis. it was simple to get a taxi from the train station. this made traveling to and from the hotel easy. the hotel also offered free parking.

The check-in experience was efficient, and I found the staff very cute. Our room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. The cleanliness was excellent. I especially liked the pool. It provided a refreshing space to relax. The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions using available transport.
The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs that seemed pre-made, but I understand the challenges of providing for many guests.

The Family Room was indeed spacious. It featured comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The bathroom included a bathtub with a shower. Fresh towels were supplied daily.

Staff members were consistently helpful and polite. They addressed our inquiries promptly and provided useful information. The kids club provided structured activities. A magician performed during dinner time, I found this to be entertaining.

inconsistent ventilation noticeable traffic
the room temperature was difficult to regulate i found it either too hot or too cold there was no middle ground this made it hard to sleep comfortably throughout the night the ventilation system seemed inconsistent also the noise from nearby traffic was noticeable especially during peak hours a quieter room would have been preferable to ensure restful sleep.

comfortable stay
friendly staff perfect room tasty food
i stayed in the ryan room for a party, and the staff was so friendly! the room was perfect, with adjustable lighting and sound. we were even allowed early access to decorate and offered refreshments. the finger food was tasty, and the vegans in our group were very happy with their selection.
The restaurant hours felt a little restricted. I had to adjust my schedule slightly to fit the available dining times.

The family room included comfy beds! there was also a small kitchenette available for use. That was a real plus. this kitchenette offered a convenient space for preparing light meals and snacks.

The lobby had a coffee station where you could buy pastries and coffee, perfect for a quick snack. there were also plenty of parking spots available. That gave me peace of mind. the pool is lovely, providing space for swimming and relaxation.

Check in staff were very nice. They were cute and helpful. a taxi-call service from reception made getting downtown simple. the staff stored a cake for a birthday and brought it out after dinner. That was very thoughtful!
